directory and discussion board. It is each Affiliate Program's discretion to
change program descriptions, payouts, etc.

solely the opinion and responsibility of the poster and
not those of RevBoard.com. RevBoard.com does not confirm the validity of information posted on

The following content is not allow in any posts to
the RevBoard Discussion Forum:
1. Spam.
2. Recruiting (Other than by Program Managers for their
own RevBoard.com listed programs).
3. Copyrighted Information not owned by the poster
including written text, images, avatars, etc.
4. Warez, Hackz or similar material.
5. Adult material or language.
6. Racist, sexual or similar offending material or
language.
7. Personal or Web Site information related to other
users not disclosed in their profiles or postings.
8. Claims of action against any individuals and/or
company, despite their validity.
Post(s) containing any of the above content will
result in removal of the post(s) and immediate termination
of the user's account with RevBoard.com. All post
deletions and user terminations are final and are the discretion
of the RevBoard.com staff. RevBoard.com reserves the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.

law, including copyright law. RevBoard.com reserves the right to reveal personal
information we have collected for a user in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by

RevBoard.com Forum Signatures
Signature length
is limited to three lines of text. Only links to users'
web sites are allowed in signatures. Affiliate Program
links are not allowed in signatures. Non-Animated images
are allowed may not be greater than 88x31
in size. Signatures not meeting these specifications
will be removed. RevBoard.com may, at its own
discretion, allow certain users to have larger signature
files.
Copyrighted Information
RevBoard.com is not responsible for the content
posted by it's users to the RevBoard.com Discussion Forum.
Users may not post the creative works of others
on the RevBoard.com Discussion Forum. Doing so will
result in removal of the post(s) and immediate termination
of the user's account with RevBoard.com. If you are the owner
of creative work that appears to be posted under another
user's name within the RevBoard.com Discussion Forum, contact
us at copyrights@revboard.com
and we will immediately investigate the issue.
Limited Liability
By using our site you agree to release and waive
RevBoard.com from any and all claims, demands,
actions, damages, losses, costs or expenses of every
nature and kind, known and unknown, disclosed and not
disclosed relating to the use of RevBoard.com. In no
event shall RevBoard.com be liable, whether in
contract, negligence or otherwise for any direct,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages for any
content listed on the RevBoard.com Web Site.
Jurisdiction
RevBoard.com operations are based in Ohio and falls
under Ohio jurisdiction. All arbitration involving
RevBoard.com must take place in the state of Ohio.
